The Villas in the Palmeira International Community are based on a tropical modern concept with open floor plans and strong indoor-outdoor relationships. The homes encourage a social, relaxed lifestyle designed with entertainment in mind. The facades are based on simple geometries with deep recesses for entries and porches, extended roof overhangs and accent wood screens. The community is a mix of duplex homes of 150m2, mid-size single family homes ranging from 200 to 350 m2, and large single family homes ranging from 400 to 880m2.
