Just two blocks from a SkyTrain station and one block from Jamieson Elementary School, this wood-frame townhouse project sits atop a concrete parkade. The architecture is intentionally straightforward—stacked volumes, a restrained two-tone palette, and materials doing the heavy lifting: rough, horizontal light-beige brick paired with smooth, vertical black board-and-batten cladding. The result is a quiet, well-proportioned composition that aims for a timeless presence.
